The EFT numbers are:
- Ten-digit “special numbers” starting with 08,
- Six-digit “short numbers” starting with 118 or four-digit numbers starting with 10 or 3.
- Fixed numbers (starting with 01 to 05 and 09) and mobile numbers (starting with 06 and 07) are not affected.
- These numbers allow access, via a mobile phone or a landline (internet box), to a pre-recorded service (for example, weather forecasts) or personalized service (for example, telephone information, administrative services), made available by a content publisher through an electronic communications operator.
